Who are we?
The Professional
Speakers Guild is
an international organization of speakers, trainers, authors
and other communications and meeting professionals who have
come together to pursue common goals, share their
experience, raise industry standards, and improve their
ability to achieve satisfying and rewarding careers through
the process of providing added value to their clients.
Professional Speakers
Guild does
not charge any commission to speakers or meeting planners
for contacting each other through our organization.
Who should belong?
All individuals who are either involved in or
wish to have a career in the speaking, training, writing or
meeting industry. (Click
here for membership information.) Since 1986, the Professional
Speakers Guild (PSG)
has promoted and protected the interests of its members
through continuous education and information sharing. It is
committed to providing a professional networking focal point
for the entire speaking, training, writing and meeting
industry. The Professional

an organization that embraces speakers, trainers, authors
and meeting professionals who are committed to continual
self-improvement, high ethical standards and a desire to
advance our industry.

What do we offer?
As a member, you will have access to the

All members
have a place in our searchable on-line directory that
gives potential clients an opportunity to first find you,
see your picture, and review your qualifications. The
client can then call you directly or connect to your web
site if one is available. To try this feature, click on
the "Find
a Speaker" button to the left, insert a search word
such as "leadership" or "National Speakers Association,"
or you may use a member's name. To see a sample member

Members can
publish articles of interest in our public forum, which
all site visitors can view. To visit this section and read
some great articles, touch the "Articles
by PSG Members" link to the left.

Members can
ask questions and exchange advice in a periodic "Members
Only" forum.

Members may
display the Professional
Speakers Guild logo
on stationery, brochures and other items as permitted in
the organization's guidelines.
